I purchased an autel md802 my updates was up in February but recently i lost my benz software on my sd card after i log in to the update center for some reason i don't know what happened so i called autel for help in retrieving the benz software i already had on my sd card, the representative erased my sd card completely then proceeded to tell me i need to buy updates for $150 in order for my unit to work i told him my unit work fine even without the benz software that just disappear from my sd card he hangs up the phone on me now i have a unit with no software they are scammers DON'T EVER BUY AN AUTEL
